Planning and delivering the Social Enterprise module for third year

Acting Students which includes mentoring them through.

Developing a company.

Producing a production of Shakespeare for a schools audience.

Designing and delivering a workshop package to go alongside

the performance.

 

Current , Facilitator, The Tricycle Theatre

Running sessions as part of the ‘Mind The Gap’ programme working with year 11s that are migrants and refugees.

 

Current, Facilitator , The Bush Theatre

FacilitatorWorking with the community programmer to plan and facilitate varying outreach projects for the local community including, schools, sports groups and youth centres. These have included working on intergenerational projects and with NEET young people.

Planning and delivering First Acts and Act Too projects with participants aged 4-9

 

Current, Facilitator, Watford Palace Theatre

Planning and facilitating outreach projects as part of their satellite youth theatre programme. Planning and facilitating schools workshops with both primary and secondary on Storytelling, Directing, Stanislavski technique, Pantomime and A Level performance mentoring. Planning and facilitating Youth Theatre projects culminating in productions of George’s Marvellous Medicine, The Lorax, The Enormous Crocodile and Pirate Gran as well as devised performances with ages 4-13. Planning and facilitating themed holiday projects with various age groups.

 

2016, Interim Participation Projects Manager, Watford Palace Theatre 

Managing the weekly administration and project planning for the cultural celebrations including attending meetings with the local community steering groups for each celebration and liasing with acts, agents and production. 

 

2014, Resident Creative Projects Associate, The Royal & Derngate Theatre

Directing and Assistant Directing several main stage productions with the youth theatre aged 7 - 21. Planning and facilitating a weekly drama group for home educated young people with mixed support needs. Planning and facilitating weekly sessions with the Community Actors Company. Attending Arts Team Meetings, helping to plan future projects and supporting with administration.

 

2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, Cast Workshop Facilitator, Shakespeare Schools Festival

 Delivering show specific Shakespeare workshops for schools at theatre’s including the Hull Truck, The Lawrence Batley Theatre, Lichfield Garrick Theatre, The Roses and the Forest Arts Centre. Working with Primary, Secondary and Special schools across the country.

Working in partnership with Headway to plan and facilitate an introduction to drama for adults that have experienced brain trauma.
